How to use ProstEvents

This page lists what the platform does and where to find each feature. The top menu changes with your account type (client, organizer, promoter, landlord or musician).

Language: use the codes in the menu (EN, DE, PT…). Account: Login or Register.

Create an account and sign in

On Register pick an account type, fill in your details and confirm the code sent by email.

You can also sign in or sign up with Google (button under the form). New Google accounts then choose an account type.

Forgot your password? Use the link on Login.

Everyone: events, tickets and profile

Browse parties on Events or the home page. Open an event for date, venue, guest list and checkout.

Buy on the event page: pick ticket type and quantity. Fees are shown before Stripe payment. The QR code is emailed and stored in My tickets.

The organizer may hide the address until a date or event day. You may also get reminder emails when the location is released.

Settings (gear icon): Account settings — photo, name and privacy.

Guest list: your name and photo show by default. Uncheck the option in settings to appear as anonymous.

Event invites: on by default when an organizer invites past guests. You can turn this off in the same settings.

Bell in the menu: purchases (organizers) and invites. Full list: Notifications.

Clients: tickets and transfers

In My tickets you see the QR code, status (valid or used) and ticket type.

To send a ticket to another registered user: Transfer ticket. A ticket already scanned at the door cannot be transferred.

Organizers: sell and run the event

Dashboard: Dashboard. Complete Stripe Connect before selling online. There you also choose automatic bank payouts or holding funds and withdrawing later via “Withdraw funds”.

Create a party: Create event — flyer, date, venue visibility, musicians (DJ/band), ticket types, who pays the platform fee, QR expiry after scan and one-ticket-per-account.

Invite people from past events: when creating an event, on My events or on the event page, open “Invite from past events”. Pick specific parties or invite everyone. Each person gets only one invite.

Edit and track: My events.

Door: Validate QR Code — door list or QR. In Promoters, check events so staff can use both.

Promoters: Promoters.

Public organizer profile: gear → view profile, or the organizer name on the event page.

Promoters

A promoter account can buy tickets like a client and, if the organizer allows it, use the door list and QR at the door.

Promo codes and collaboration are set with the organizer (Promoters / collaboration menu).

Landlords and venue marketplace

Visitors browse Marketplace and call or email the landlord. ProstEvents does not take venue bookings or rent at this stage.

Landlords: Landlord dashboard and List a venue.

Musicians

A musician account is for DJs, bands and other artists. The public profile is on the Musicians tab of Marketplace (photo, bio, socials, Spotify, SoundCloud and contact).

Dashboard: Musician dashboard. Organizers can attach you when creating or editing an event; then you appear on the event page before the guest list.
